When it was my turn in line, cashier was rude to me 4 me not understanding how 2 scan the barcode 2 access my digital coupons. kept telling me to listen.

That pist me off, because just because I wasn't understanding the way things were being explained to me doesn't mean I wasn't listening, and I'm not ok with the false accusations, fact that cashier had nerve to say it loudly for everyone to hear, was not ok, not appreciated.

Then, when I asked for clarification as to why it didn't look like coupons weren't coming off the receipt, cashier had nerve to tell me the following and these were her exact words so I quote: "They'll come off if you're doing them correctly." The cashier should have been more patient with me, but she wasn't.

I understand that there was more than one customer in line. But that doesn't change the fact that there should have been more than one register open. I'm not ok with how I was treated, and this singling out of customers in general, making them feel bad just because they're not understanding something, needs to stop. In other words, they need to start being nicer to all customers (including those with disabilities).

We're people too, and we also have the right to be heard, treated respectfully.

Then, when I asked the cashier if there was someone on the ground to help me, the cashier claimed that there was always someone on the ground.

Well, that wound up being incorrect. I was informed by another employee that the produce guy had left early, and consequently no- one was able to answer my produce question.

I had to go and find an employee who was taking out garbage to ask for his help, if he could please help me find someone that was on the ground, because no one was helping me. I was told hang on a minute. I then had to wait 10-15 minutes before someone finally came.

That's not ok. The increased waiting time was climbing anxiety pretty rapidly for me, because it was close to getting dark, and since I had to walk to the store from home, and was going to have to walk back, for safety reasons, I didn't feel comfortable with, safe with walking home in the dark. It's something I rarely do.

I don't usually walk to the store in the evening, but the weather today was hot outside, and since I'm heat-sensitive, I had to wait until it cooled down before I started walking -(I don't have the luxury of having/ let alone being able to afford my own vehicle, consequently its not like I could drive in a car and go to the store, then come home) to risk avoiding heat-illness.

If the employee that helped me hadn't come as quickly as she had, I would have probably left all the groceries I was going to buy in the cart and in the store, and left for home (without making any purchases), to help employees in general to understand that both making customers wait excessive long wait time when its bad enough that there was only one register open, is not ok.

also angry because even though there was an additional coupon on a product for an additional $0.75 cents off, I was told that because it was buy one, get one free, the system wasn't going to take it off. In other words, that's a discount I lost, even though I still have the extra coupon for the $0.75 off.

Though I appreciate the fact that I got the free product for the buy one, get one free deal, I'm not ok with the fact that I didn't get the additional $0.75 discount that I should have gotten.

Additionally, when I asked the cashier for clarification as to which of the three nutrition bars, that the buy one, get one free deal applied to, in a rude, sarcastic, smart-aleck tone, that I'm not ok with, that wasn't at all appreciated, I was told the following and these were the cashier's exact words so I quote: "I don't know. What does it say?" She was saying this in reference to the coupon. I struggled with figuring it out, both because it was late in the day ( having ADD is hard enough, but then that combined with the major inner anxiety attack I had while in the store)- which could have been avoided, had the cashier been more patient, not rushed me, and had other cashiers open other registers.

Then, I could have gotten in a different line (which I shouldn't have to do).

Everything I was put through, was bad enough.

Then, to make matters worse, the cashier kept interrupting me. Interruptions are my number one pet- peeve and never appreciated.

Then said

User's recommendation: shop elsewhere, call curtis to have an investigation done of sprouts. because how they treat disabled customers is never ok.
